Our Return/Exchange Policy
If you receive an item that differs from the color, size, or model you ordered, your return request will be accepted immediately. Once you return the shoes to our warehouse, you will receive a refund or, if you prefer, a replacement.
If you are in the United States, you can return the shoes to our warehouse in this country. Before returning the shoes, you must contact us at edegift001@gmail.com and have us confirm that the shoes meet the return criteria. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be processed for products returned without a tracking number or without our prior knowledge.

Our Cancellation Policy
We begin manufacturing these shoes after you place your order. We typically start the leather cutting process—the first stage of production—on the same day. At this stage, we assign a tracking number to your order. This serves as proof that we have completed the leather cutting stage, the first step in production, rather than indicating that the order has been shipped. If a tracking number has been added to your order, your refund request will not be accepted. Your product will be produced according to the instructions in your order and shipped to your address. 


*You can track the shipping process using the same tracking number, but please note that tracking activity will begin after the production period (typically 5 business days).

If you are in Europe, you can return the shoes to us via the shipping company that delivered them to you as a “return shipment.”

Return/Exchange Eligibility Check
When sending the shoes to our warehouse, please take two photos.
The first photo should show the soles of the shoes. (We will verify that the shoes have not been worn or soiled.)
The second photo should show the upper part of the shoes. (It is important that the size label inside the shoes is visible.)
Please return the shoes in their original packaging (we will check if they are suitable for resale).

We will approve returns for products that meet the conditions. Once the shoes arrive at our warehouse, we will either begin production of new shoes at our workshop in Turkey or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Shipping costs for shoes returned to the warehouse or to Turkey are the responsibility of the buyer; however, a discount coupon equivalent to the return amount (for the buyer to use on their next order) will be provided to the buyer. 

Return/Exchange Policies and Some Scenarios
Product photos also serve as a commitment from the seller. If the buyer compares the product they received with the product photo and can prove that they received something completely different, the return request will be accepted immediately. 

Let’s clarify this situation a bit further based on some scenarios:

For example, we use buffalo leather for the soles of these shoes. Buffalo leather is a natural material. Please be aware that the grain pattern, color, thickness, or the heat-pressed pattern on the sole may not be exactly the same as shown in the product photo. The reason for a return is not related to details in the material itself, but rather to the material itself. 


Example 1: If you received a shoe with an EVA sole instead of a buffalo leather sole, your return or exchange request will be accepted immediately. Please be aware that if you request a return based on the color or thickness of the buffalo leather sole, we will not accept it. 

Example 2: For example, if you ordered a product in the color “Beige Dawn” but received a product in the color “Russet,” your return request will be accepted immediately. If you received the color specified in your order but requested a return or exchange claiming that the product appears darker or lighter on your device’s screen, please be aware that we will not accept your request.

Example 3: You ordered a Women’s size 7 shoe. We sent you a shoe labeled “Women’s size 8.” In this case, your return or exchange request will be accepted immediately. 

We produced the shoes in US Women’s size 7 as you requested and included this information inside the shoe. When the shoes arrived, they did not meet your size expectations. Please be aware that we will not accept your return or exchange request in this case.

We recommend that you review our size chart before placing your order. These measurements have been determined based on our production patterns.

Why Do Sizes Vary?

a) Size variations due to the customer’s foot type

a) Size variations based on the customer’s foot shape
Everyone’s foot shape is different. Some feet are long and narrow, while others are short and wide. The height of the arch is also a factor that affects sizing. Additionally, a protrusion caused by a bend in the big toe (hallux valgus) may require you to choose a larger size than usual. Although most people are unaware of it, the right and left feet are not the same size. This difference is typically around 3 millimeters. If the difference exceeds 8 millimeters, the larger foot must be produced in a size larger than standard. If your foot shape differs from the standard examples provided, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer and provide your foot measurements when selecting shoes.

b) Size variations depending on the shoe last used by the manufacturer
Shoe lasts can be narrow or wide, depending on the type of product being manufactured or the manufacturer’s specific preferences. Generally, they are classified into categories such as pointed-toe lasts, narrow lasts, medium-width lasts, and medium-to-wide lasts. The wide toe box, a typical feature of barefoot shoes, is also a characteristic of barefoot lasts. When designing the last for these shoes, we made sure to leave enough space for the toes. Please note that if you are switching to barefoot shoes for the first time, you may need to choose a different size. c) Size variations depending on the shoe model
This usually results in a difference of less than one size (8 millimeters), but you should still check to see if you need to choose a size up or down. Does the shoe model cover the instep, is it a sandal-style model that leaves part of the toes exposed, or is this model a boot? Please be aware that there may be slight variations in size depending on the answers to these questions. If you are unsure, please contact us.

d) Size and flexibility variations depending on leather type
We use genuine calfskin leather in the production of our shoes. Genuine leather with micro-pores tends to stretch. We recommend that the shoes feel snug on your feet at first. After wearing them for a few days, they will stretch and mold to your feet like a glove. (If you experience unbearable pain from pressure on your big toe when you first put them on, please do not continue wearing them. Follow our return/exchange procedure after the first try-on.) The degree of stretch during this period varies slightly depending on the leather type. For example, calfskin is the most flexible leather type (approximately 7 millimeters), while crazy leather, being stiffer and thicker, offers less flexibility (approximately 4 millimeters). Knowing how much your shoe will stretch may also require you to choose a size up or down when selecting your size. If you’re unsure, please let us know your foot length. We will then advise you on the production process using the closest available last and the appropriate leather type based on your measurements.

European Union 14-Day Return Period
Notwithstanding the above, if products are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. As noted above, your product must be in the condition you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
