We pick your size.
Every pair is made after it is ordered, in the size your feet ask for. So instead of choosing a size, you measure once. Two ways, both on the product page. Both take a few minutes.
Scan with your phone
Open the product page on your phone and press Scan. Put a sheet of A4 or Letter paper on a plain, hard floor — not white, not carpet. Stand on the floor next to the paper, as the screen shows, and take the two photos. Someone else holding the phone gives the truer result. Your left and right length, width and instep come back in a minute. Type them into the box.
Measure on paper
Put a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Stand on it barefoot, heel touching the wall, full weight on that foot. Have someone mark the tip of your longest toe. Then mark the two widest points of the front of the foot, at the toe joints. Step off.
Measure wall to toe mark: that is length. Measure between the two side marks: that is width. Do both feet. Type the numbers into the box, in mm, cm or inches, and answer one question about your instep.

The box turns your numbers into a size. Length gives one row of the table, width gives another; the larger row wins. Two feet, the longer one decides. You see the size before you add to bag, and it travels with your order.
If your feet ask for a closer look — width two sizes above length, a high instep, or more than 8 mm between left and right — we check by hand before making. This can add a day. We write only if something changes.
High instep
Some models are cut low over the top of the foot and are hard to get into with a high instep. Say so when you measure. We will tell you if the model you chose is one of them.
Room and give
The shoe is cut 4 mm longer and 2 mm wider than the foot in its row. That is the room on day one. Leather then gives in the first week: Crazy about 2 mm; Smooth, Suede, Nubuck and Waxed pull-up about 5 mm.
If the size is still wrong
Fourteen days, unworn, refunded. And because your measurement is on the order, the right size costs half.
