Made after you order. Then sent.

Every pair is made after it is ordered. Making takes four business days. Then it ships by express courier.

Delivery

United States and Canada: 4–6 days after shipping.
Europe and the United Kingdom: 3–4 days after shipping.
The Gulf, Asia, Australia and New Zealand: 3–5 days after shipping.
Elsewhere: write to us before you order and we tell you.

You receive a tracking link by e-mail the day the pair ships.

Duties and import tax

United States: shipping and duties are in the price. Nothing is due at the door.

Everywhere else: shipping is in the price. Import tax and any duty are set by your country and collected by the carrier on delivery.

A parcel refused at the door comes back to us. We refund it less shipping both ways.

Address

We ship to street addresses only. Not to PO boxes.

If the carrier can reach your area only by postal code, the pair waits for you at the nearest carrier branch, and the tracking link says which one.

Before making

If your measurements ask for a closer look — more than 8 mm between left and right, a width well beyond its size, or a measurement outside the table — we check by hand before the pair is made. This can add a day. We write to you only if something changes.
