Fourteen days. Unworn. Refunded.

You have 14 days from delivery to return a pair. No reason needed.

Unworn means tried on indoors, on a clean floor. The sole is unmarked. The box comes back with it.

Return shipping is yours. The return address is in the US or in Germany. Write to us and we send it.

The refund goes to your original payment method once the pair arrives and has been looked at.

To start a return

Write to info@edebarefoot.com with your order number. Nothing else is needed.

Exchanges

We exchange only for a production fault. Send a photo of the fault with your order number, and we make the pair again.

Size is not an exchange. Size is the promise below.

Wrong size? Half price on the right one.

Every order carries your foot measurements. If the size we picked from them is wrong, the right size costs half.

Write to us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what is wrong: too long, too short, too narrow, hard to get into. We read your measurements again, pick the size with what we now know, and make the new pair at half the listed price.

This applies to every order, because every order is measured.

Worn pairs. Pairs returned after 14 days. Pairs without the order number.
