Fit. Lace-up, moccasin toe. You measure once; we pick the size. The shoe is cut 4 mm longer and 2 mm wider than your foot.

Leather. Crazy: waxed, matte, keeps marks that rub back with a thumb. Gives about 2 mm in the first week. Umber is a warm tan; each hide differs a little. A-grade cow leather.

Sole. Buffalo leather, 5–8 mm, flexible, no heel. Hot-stamped for grip, with one copper rivet under the front of the foot. Not for rain; if wet, wear it while it dries.
